This is a genuine factory built, BMIHT listed and Registered 100 M produced in June 1956. The car has a verifiable racing history by the Healey driver Roy Jackson-Moore in Nassau. It was purchased in 1994 and underwent a 5 year restoration by the owner working with a specialists British mechanic and top speciality machine shops. The restoration was frame up including sandblasting the frame, rebuilding suspension and wheels, brakes, steering and new wiring harness. There is a photo and video documentation of the full restoration and receipts for all parts and materials. The engine has been balanced, magna fluxed, nitrate hardened and balanced. It has a three branch historically correct Derrington competition exhaust header and side exhaust outlet, ported and polished head and lightened fly wheel. This car dynos at approximately 130 hp and is the fastest 100M I have driven. Car has a 1950's original finned aluminum valve cover, Derrington style wooden steering wheel, factory option of a leather covered dash and cockpit surrounds. Milage is about 6,000 on restoration. Car is in perfect condition but not over restored and is highly desirable because of its history. It has won two first place and two second place concours. The Registry receives calls every month from people around the world interested in these very special cars and they will be referred to you, the seller. Until now there has been no place that someone could look for just this specific car.
